入會申請 Membership Application

填寫申請表， 繳交入會費(港幣150元)及年費(港幣150元)，再由幹事會審議通過後完成入會手續。申請若不被接納，已繳交款項全數退回。
Fill in the application form. Pay the first subscription fee(HK$150) and annual membership fee(HK$150). Society Council approve or disapprove the application. If the application is disapproved, all payment will be refunded.
